Specify pump-body length, voltage, and pump material of construction when ordering.

To determine pump-body length, measure "A" Dimension on drawing at this link: BX650 Specs. To identify material of construction, check color of pump body submerged in solution. Gray in color is CPVC; white is polypro. Those are the two most popular materials. We also offer Kynar (PVDF) and (on a special-order basis) stainless steel.

Shaft thread size differs, depending on pump material of construction. Thread size is 1/4 inch for CPVC and special-order SS pumps and 3/8 inch for polypro and Kynar.

Standard Shaft is made of stainless steel covered with Teflon Heat-Shrink Tubing. As a precaution for aggressive solutions that may attack SS, a titanium Shaft and a Hastelloy-C276-alloy Shaft are available for BX650 pump-body lengths of 6, 8 & 10".

2-5/8 inch (6.6 cm) from bottom of cover to top of stud. Rotom has 3 oval holes and is 3-5/8 inch (9.2 cm) tall.

Fan Covers for discontinued Fasco and McMillan Motors no longer available. Fasco has four round screw holes and is 4-5/8 inch (11.75 cm) tall. McMillan is 4-1/2 inch tall (11.43 cm) with four oval screw holes.
